How did the track and field event - Triple Jump originate? I mean, who came up with that whole concept?
According to the Encyclop忙dia Britannica, the origins of the triple jump are obscure, but it may be related to the ancient children's game hopscotch. It has been a modern Olympic event since the first Games in 1896; at those Games two hops were used, but one hop was used at the Olympics thereafter. (The standing triple jump was contested only in the 1900 and 1904 Olympics.)
When does Long and Triple Jump take place in the olympics (2008)...Day & Time plz?
When are the Long and Triple Jump competitions for Track and Field going to take place in the Beijing 2008 olympics???? plz give specific time and date. And whos competing from which country etc.?????|||i just checked online an hour ago and it said tonight at 9:00 but i watched at 9:00 and it wasn't on so maybe it will be on tomorrow at 9:00
How do I Improve my triple jump?
I can get 8m easily , my highest is 9 m 10cm but i want to get further!!!|||measure each phase and I will bet your second phase needs to be lengthened.
I'm 44 and want to train long & triple jump (for masters). How to train (examples for training sessions)?
The same general training schedule that you would use as a high school or college student-athlete. The only real difference is that you will need more time to recover between interval and workouts. I was not a very good LJer in hs so I moved to the distance races were I am still am today at 43. As a result, you will need to train smarter and sometimes harder. I not very knowledgeable about training for the jump, but try the National Master News website. They have links related to training for people like us. Also try geezerjock.com
Also you will need to be more aware of you nutritional intake and possibly use supplements.
For specific workouts do a Goggle search for track and field coaching resources. Try CoachesEducation.com or for books try Track and Field News (TrackandFieldNews.com) and Human Kinetics has a huge selection of books on the topic that you may not find in your neighborhood book store
Good Luck

Workout for high jump and triple jump?
Workout for high jump and triple jump?
Could you tell me any workouts to do better in these. right now im doin pretty good and i think i could make it to regionals next year, cuz i was only a foot away from goin there this year in triple jump. i already do squats and leg extensions and leg curls and was wondering what other workouts could work. and also does doing lunges help those?|||There are a bunch of workouts and drills you can do. You mentioned that you do squats and leg extensions! If you have a coach who knows what they are doing you should definitely be looking into using olympic lifts. These include the clean and jerk, and the snatch. These lifts are extremely important in developing explosive strength. Lunges will work, but I would begin to focus on olympic lifts.
*Make sure you have (or find) a coach who is knowledgeable in those lifts. If they are not, then find someone who is or don't do them at all.
The other factor (most important) is to consider what you are doing with the approach in each event. You have to have a fast consistent approach. Obviously each event is different but you need to practice drills that develop consistency. The more consistent your approach the more opportunities you have to jump higher and farther.
Then there are many drills you can do also to improve your skills in each event. But focus on the approach.
Here are two pages that have drills for the high jump and triple jump

I need a training schedule for 200m,400m,triple jump?
I have my school athletics meet in 10 weeks and I need a training schedule for these three events. Much appreciated. I have lots of athletic meets until December 2011 but this one is the one I want to win. Please help! :)
oh and by the way I'm 14 going on 15!|||There might be some similarity with the 200 and 400 but the triple jump is a totally different event. For the 400: Google Clyde Hart, arguably the best 400 coach in the world. His runners have ranked #1 in the world 14 out of the last 19 years, are currently 1 and 3 on the all time world list and have won 3 of the last 4 Olympics and 6 of the last 8 World Championships. Another of his athletes won the World Championships last year. This is from a seminar of his.
Strategy
Reach race speed as early as possible in first 50m cruise to 200m then accelerate steadily next 100m and hold form for last 100m
Workouts done to rehearse strategy called EVENT workouts
eg 3 x (350m rest 1min 100) 5min rest
or Event 300s
Which were run with first 50m very quick but then relaxing to go through first 200m and then the last 100 all out rest 10min between, shorten later to maybe 5min. Aimed to have consistent stride frequency and length for duration of race - not a longer stride at end, allow a shorter stride to just happen but maintain cadence.
Holding Form
Improved by Strength Endurance
Upper body strength from exercises like running arms with good form 5 x 15 each arm with 30s rest.
Off season: do two aerobic runs a week 20-45min max. This was for first 3 weeks mostly but off season was usually 6 weeks.
Longer reps 2 x 800m or 3 x 600m rest 15min
Common key workout In pre-season
3 x 350m rest 5min, later in season it becomes 3 x 350m rest 3min, each 50m at same speed.
One Speed workout was called 60 -40m
2 sets of 2 laps of 60m at 95% slow down 40m then pitter-patter jog 40m then 60m at 95% 40m slow down - pitter patter jog 40m. rest between sets 5min
Speed work often was 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 on bend with full recoveries
Weight Training
3 Gym sessions a week usually in morning from about 9am till 10am - over in an hour.
On any day sometime done Mon-Tue-Wed or spread out in week.
Weights is general all body work with short recoveries and usually 3 sets of 10, rest less than 1 min maybe 30 sec. No squats, no Olympic lifts, Also did good variety of core work eg 3 x 30m sit-ups 1 min rest Gym did not change in format throughout the season
No really heavy lifting, do lunges
Normal Warm up
4 laps jog straight - run bends
Stretch 30min
Drills 4-5 x 30m over a speed ladder with fast cadence. This Michael believed was significant effect on his turnover. These were done with a flatish footed contact not with feet pointing down and a quick recovery. Buildups sometimes for example 3 x 150m with each 50m quicker.
Then workout
Competition Warm up
4 laps as usual
Stretch 30min
3 x 100m - first moderate, harder, fast with full recoveries
A few pre-race drills
At the Competition
Expect the unexpected
Visualization
Train the mind to control the body in competition in the way that is wanted.
Sustained Speed work
60m %26amp; over was at 95% - never 100%.
Longer work was done for stimulus not for race pace rehearsal, so nearly all was at paces slower than race pace.
Speed
6 x 100m at 95% non-timed from standing start rest 5min
Better to undertrain than overtrain
Workout Accuracy
- cones every 50m - beeper sounded at set intervals - athlete ran each 50m at same speed. - Be on the buzzer
- Standing starts
- Workouts done at times planned not faster - not slower.
Important not to go faster than predetermined targets even with 200s in 32s!!
Annual Plan: The program includes a plan that divides:
Off season - 6 weeks (first 3 weeks on grass)
Pre season
Early season
Late Season
The program is similar all year round:
Monday - Tempo 200s starting with more at 32s and progressing to less late in year in 25s
Tue - long reps starting at 2 x 800m progressing to 2 x 450
Wed - 350m reps x 2-3 - improving in speed
Thu- hills, speed or event specific
Fri - similar to Thurs
Sat - similar to Thurs
Refreshing Base
Coach needs to decide when to refresh base by going back slightly from quality to quantity even if just for a week or two mid-season, important not to take too much from base.

i want to know what muscles i should work out for high jump and triple jump|||Lunges are part of a complete program to develop and strengthen muscles.
You need to do a total body routine, even though you are not jumping with your upper body you need to work on the upper body as well.
Along with lifting you should be doing plyometrics twice each week.|||yes they do...and with the below answer, plyometrics should be done 3 times a week if you really want to get better. And don't even worry about your upper body, the only thing you'll need to work on upper body is your arm position and how quickly they can get up/out, which really only requiores chest and shoulder strength. If you need any more help with triple and long jump (and posibly high) feel free to contact me. Matt_167@hotmail.com

Do lunges help in triple and high jump?
i want to know what muscles i should work out for high jump and triple jump|||If you do lunges properly with only your own body weight for resistance, you will find they are awesome for both track and field. Do all your core work: planks, side planks, sit ups, crunches, leg raises, lunges and squats all without weight. This will develop your core muscles: stomach, back, glutes, and hips. These are vital to a competitive track and field athlete.|||do lunges and squats without weight?? get real. you arent going to see many good track athletes who do that. especially jumpers!

Need help w/triple jump approach - very inconsistant even though I do many run throughs and practice.?
I can practice run throughs and jumps for my triple jump and be dead on. However, once I hit meets, I can be off by as much as a foot! It's driving me crazy. Any tips out there?|||if your mark is leading you to be faulting over the line-its because youre wearing lighter clothing and strides are a tad longer. just move it back 3 inches or so and thatll help.
if you mean youre ending mark where you land, then just remeber to extend out your legs and arms-thatll pick up a little extra.
the day before the meet dont TJ more than 5 times-otherwise youre body iwll be tired of it the next day you try it in meet. if those dont help then its all mental and you just stumble under the heat like some do.|||i'm assuming you mean your foot is either way over or before the jumping line. if soo
)go up to the line where you will jump from and put your jumping leg heel on the line facing away from the sand pit
2)running away from the sand pit (with the pace you will use when you're doing ur real jump)count each time your jumping leg hits the ground and at around 4-6 times (depends on how long you like to run b4 you jump) stop and mark the spot
3)when you start your run put your jumping foot with the toe on the mark you just made. this will make it so you don't have to worry about getting ur foot right on the line, it will automatically
be there. trust me it works,
otherwise if you're saying that your jump distance isn't as good at meets. then its just all in your head. just tell yourself its no big deal and don't get jumpy or excited. just stay relax and just od your beset

NO one at this rink can land a triple jump?
So are they bad teachers?|||Of course not! There's two people in my whole CITY who can land triples, but between the three clubs in my city, we had at least one skater on the podium for every level from pre-preliminary up through and including junior at the Regionals last October. The fact that no one can land a triple doesn't mean the coaches are bad. It means that the skaters aren't dedicated enough, or the ones who get close to triples move away because of a parent's job if college. To some extent, it depends totally on the skater.
This little story relates a bit- my coach was competing at the intermediate level when she stopped competing, and she had her double axel, triple salchow, triple toeloop, and triple loop. She has only ever had one skater, in nearly 20 years of coaching, land double axels. My other coach was competing at the senior level when he stopped competing, he had all his triple jumps except triple axel. He has had 1 skater from my city land double axels, and 2 from the city he previously coached in. I am my primary coach's highest level student, I'm working on double axels. I'm my secondary coach's fourth highest skater, he has 1 landing double axels and another two that haven't landed them, but are much closer than me, and are competing at a higher level than me.
Does that mean that my first coach is bad? No! My mom has asked me before if I want to switch coaches because she has only had 1 skater land double axels, and I said no, because if I switch, she'll never have a second, and then she won't ever have more students land double axels.|||Ha, of course not! That's a ridiculous statement, right there. Learning triple jumps takes years, lots and lots of ice time, dedication, money, and plenty of talent. There are many factors in the ability to land a triple jump, not just coaching ability. I'd say that only half of the figure skating population will ever be able to land triple jumps, with maybe three quarters of that half actually attempting them, and three quarters of that three quarters having the dedication to pull through and actually land the jumps.
My rink doesn't have anyone besides me working on doubles, but the coaches are fantastic! It's because we don't get freestyle ice time, much less public ice that's been resurfaced well after hockey practice. Figure skaters don't like coming to my rink because of the obvious annoyances.
So, in conclusion, a lack of triple jump-ers is by no means an indication of coaching quality. I'd look, instead, at credentials-- what tests have they passed, what PSA rating do they have, how long have they coached, where did they train? All these things, as well as the quality of their lower-level skaters' skating can be indications of what kind of coach they are.|||it could just be the atmosphere (mood and mindset). Because no one sees triples at that ice rink, they think it is impossibly hard. and because no one is jumping triples, the skaters would feel content with their own skill level, and not compare themselves with strong skaters from somewhere else.
The coaches could be bad. this might be because there are not a lot of serious skaters, so that rink attracts less coaches.|||of course not! the coaches are not responsible for the jumps--the skaters are.|||um no it's just no skaters have gotten that far. or they have they just aren't there when you are.

Triple Jump or Long Jump tips?
Can any one give me triple jump or long jump tips?|||Long Jump: run at about 7/8 speed. Settle down so that your center of gravity drops a little on your next to last step. Drive your knee and arm up, not out toward the pit. When you land bring your arms back, and as you settle into the sand bring the arms forward so you will not fall back.
Triple: The biggest mistake most people make is their first phase is too long. What is your distance? Try to limit the first phase to 1/3 that distance, so you do not lose all of your forward motion and spring. Stay low, because if you jump high then when you come down you will collapse and not be able to jump far on the next phase. Paw the ground with your foot, do not block and then try to jump into the next phase. Work your arms so that you take big steps.|||Triple Jump tip - Improve the STEP part of your jump. This will help you with improving your distance. If you are currently stepping 12 feet, try to improve so that you increast to 13 or 14 feet. You will need to practice your hop and step more each day. You will need to balance yourself while maintaining your speed to continue into your jump, however first you will need to learn to increase your step. In high school I went from a 46'0 jumper to a 49'0, just by working on my steps.|||learn to do the splits in the air

Best exercises for triple jump?
I have started doing triple jump for my highschool and I want to know what specific exercises I can do to make me better.|||Stepping,.
Is this a good first triple jump?
ok i just learned today how to triple jump and i jumped 34 ft. is this ok for a beginner? I have good form in the air but i still have no idea what im doing. i would like to jump for track my senior year. im a junior and track season just ended and ive never jumped before? is it possible to improve my jump by 5-6 feet in one year?|||34 ft is fairly decent jump for a first time triple jumper. I only jumped around 33 ft the first time i did it last year and now this season I am jumping around 41 ft. It is completely possible to improve your jump by 5-6 feet. Just do a lot of weights in the summer and some other triple jump drills and you should make your goal easily. Good Luck!|||yea what he said

How can i get farther on the triple jump?
i have to do that on my schools track meet . i qualified 3rd with a distance of 19 ft 7 in. i know i can get farther but what are some good tips to get farther than that. i wanna get either 1st ir 2nd place in that|||ok so I was in track once. first bend your knees and crouch down, start running in that postion but you can ease up a bit, then when you're ready to jump spring out and have one foot in the back of you and one in the front (kinda like a leap) but when you know you're going to land bring the back foot forward and land in the first postion crouch.
hope I helped.
Don't listen to the boso above me. he just wants points.|||okay im a long jumper but i know the basics of triple on of my frends in the two time state champ here in WA and gonin gfor her third state title on friday but what you need to do is build up muscles in both your legs so they can hold there own. You also need speed to build up momentum to jump farther. on your first jump you need swing your arms to get ready fro your next skip and get hieght on your jumps tooo.
And of coarse to have a succcdesful jump you need to have confidence good luck
ps my friend Brandi her best jump was 37 feet 6 inches|||Jump farther. Duh.

How long are Triple Jump spikes?
The TJ spikes i've looked at are all 3/8" pyramid spikes, but I just wanted to make sure.|||today the approach or run way is synthetic and you can not use long spikes.
Normally the track restricts the length and type of spikes used in jumps and running.
Some do not allow 3/8", since they are too long at some meets you should always carry extra spikes, in different lengths and replacements for your usual spikes.

Triple Jump Help for a Jr In high school?
This is my second yr in track and i am a jr. Last yr coach threw me into triple jumping at a meet and i jumped a 29 ft without practice and I found out I liked it. I would like to be jumping 36-40 this yr. I think my biggest problem is my second phase|||Most people have a short second phase, because the first phase is too long.
If you try to control the first phase, don't go too long or too high then the second phase will be better.
It is also important to run off each landing, do not go too high, collapse, then try to jump again.
It is better to use a running motion to keep your momentum moving forward.
Place markers on the track or runway and do drills to improve your phases and the transition.|||... and your question is what? if you want to know how to jump farther, you have to be able to have a balance between speed and power. you dont want to go to fast because you need height. but you dont want too much height or power because youll be slow. as for your phases, once you get a good balance between how fast you go in your jump and how much power and height you generate, your phases take care of themselves. of course you have to know the basics like dont look down, chest up-knees up, etc.

I do all these leg workouts but I don't feel like I am jumping any farther. Plz help anybody!!!!|||since you cannot do anmore with you legs..u need to use your arms..swing them when u jump(at the right time) that will give u more force..and try to catch as least air as possible..dont b flat like a board.try to fly more horizontaly with your feet forward
Are Nike Free shoes good for triple jump, and high jump?
I run in Vibram Five Fingers, and I run fore footed. Since on most of the jumps you often have to plant down on your heel, do you think Free's would be good?|||Vibrams are not a bad choice since you do land on your heel but there is not much support for your heels and you will eventually do damage, especially in the high jump. If you are beginning at jumps, your best choice is to get sprinting spikes and get long spikes to screw into them. You will get the support on your heel and the grip so you dont slip and miss your jump
How to improve Long Jump & Triple Jump?
im a freshman in high school and am jumping about 16'9" in long jump. i am just starting triple and would like to know how good that is for a freshman and what i can to do improve my P.R. (drills workouts ect.)
thank you so much|||You can never go wrong with squats. Back or front squats with a comfortable but hefty weight should do it. Also weighted lunges might be even more helpful considering you are a jumper.

How far/long is a good jump on triple jump for girls in highschool?
The girls in my school jump anywhere from 24 to 30 feet, so i think that range is pretty good
Is 40 feet a good triple jump for a 15 year old?
Yeah, I'm a 9th grader so it's my first year of high school. My main question is, with this distance as a freshmen, do you think I have a future in jumping. (Also, I long jumped 18 feet 4 in./but that's besides the point)|||Well I did triple and long jump in high school to and your distances are really good for triple jump. Keep working on it.|||shut up, of course 40 and 18 are good distances stop being foolish. I can't tell whether you really don't know if those are good or are trying to show off. Anyway def keep jumping.|||Yeah man thats really good keep up the good work
Does anyone know the earliest age a girl figure skater landed a triple jump?
Just wondering because I was watching the Grand Prix Final I few days ago and I heard Yu Na Kim saying that at the age of ten, she landed three different triples and I know this little girl at our rink Angela Wang who could land 2 triples at age 9. Any girls that landed them earlier or at the same age?|||i believe 4 years...but i'm not sure...her name was Delia de Castravette and i think she was from Moldavia.|||no the last know was Yu Na Kim . but there are many that are not on record|||Well, it's easier to rotate jumps when you are smaller and therefore younger. However, not many girls are at that level when they are 9 or 10. That's probably the earliest age. Most girls who are very good can land one or two by 12 or 13.|||I know a girl at my skating rink shes in 2 grade so shes about 8
and she has her double sow-cow and is working on her double axel and has her double loop!!!!!!!|||they can be any age i think.........well maybe not1-3 but you get the point.|||i dont think so

How to improve a 49ft Triple Jump...I think I may have hit a wall...or is there something i'm missing?
It is not possible to tell if you have a problem or what that problem might be.
If you are training and working on your strength, and technique then you should gradually get better.
The problem is that at a high level of performance it becomes very difficult to improve.
The better you are the smaller the improvement. It is a matter of percentages.
The most common error in triple jump is going too far in the first phase and going too high.
If your phases are about equal in length then you should be jumping to your ability.

How can i improve this.|||for a girl these are very good, a boy they are okay. my friend is a sophmore and she jumped 18 for the long jump and 37 for the triple; she was about where you were. i suggest you just keep training how you are because apparently its working lol. do some sprints and work on speed to get your momentum do send you flying through the air!!

How can I do better in triple jump?
I'm 14, and my PB is 9.75 metres. (about 32 feet.) I really, really want to reach 10 metres, and if I could hit 10.50 that would be amazing (but probably not going to happen.) I have a conference next week, is there any possible way I can add that extra 25cm (10 inches) within that time?
Thanks for the help :)|||That is not much farther in the triple jump.
Usually almost all triple jumpers go too far and too high in the first phase, each phase should be about the same distance.
Have someone watch your jumps, normally the second phase is the shortest phase, because the first is too long and you don't have any spring or forward motion when you land.
Practice shortening the first phase, and stay lower.
This will allow you to run off of the second phase rather than collapsing, and not having any power in the second take off.
You should be getting about 10 to 11 feet on the first phase and about the same on the second phase.
If you are getting 12 or even 13 feet on the first phase then practice getting 11 on the first and 11 on the second.
Just remember that you are running off the second phase, you can not land, then jump again for your second phase and third phase.

What's a good way to improve my sprint/long jump and triple jump, and improve my high jump?
I have enough vertical jump for these events but i want to improve my speed so i can get more distance. I'm 14 years old. right now, my long jump is 14~15 feet. my tripel is somewhere around 33~36 feet. Last year in 8th grade, i jumped 5'2 and ive been working my quads and calves and hamstrings for about a month in the gym.|||When lifting weights do a total body routine, not just your legs, and after lifting do plyometric exercises to improve the explosive action of your muscles.
Lift 2 to 3 days each week, you get stronger during recovery not during the lifting, so it is important to recover after each training session.

When did you land your first Triple jump in Figure Skating?
I landed my Triple Toe loop when i was 13 and a bit. My Sal Chow was landed quite recently actually, less than a month ago (3/24/2009) How 'bout you guys? (14 now).|||I was around 14 when I landed my first clean triple loop. I got clean triple salchow, toeloop, and flip after that within 2 years, becoming consistent in competition until I was 18. Lutz was always my nemesis, so that was not ever going to be consistent lol. I stopped skating to go to college over 3 years ago. But whenever I go to a public session (about 3 times a year), I can still do double jumps and perfect spins! When you get to such a high level, good technique sticks with you.
I miss skating a lot, so kids, enjoy it while you can!!|||you gotta be kidding me. Chances I will ever land a triple jump are like, 1 in a billion!
I am 24 yrs old, I have been skating for 15 months... I can land all my single jumps except for the axel. Chances are, I will never land a triple jump since I started skating so late!
I am jealous you can land at least one triple jump!!!!|||I was 11 when i first landed my triple flip...that was the first triple i got consistant. In the next two years i landed triple loop sow toe and lutz. i have all my triples except axel now. i made it to nationals last year but scratched because i didnt feel like i was ready to compete at that intensity even though i had competted at junior nationals the two years before. i am 14 now and i love skating.|||wow you're good!
I will probably never make it that far.. seeing as i'm 13 and just starting to land my lutz consistently..

Tips for running track and field(especially the 800 and 1500 meter.High and triple jump?
I have started track and field(modified)and am going to run the 800 and 1500. I am a cross country runner and find the track a bit boring. I enjoy it but i need tips for the 800 and 1500 meter and high jump and maybe triple jump? Please, any info will help!|||I have no tips for you on the high and triple jump; usually jumpers are not also distance runners, unless they are decathletes.
As a distance runner, I think pace will be the most important. In the 800, I would tell you to go out relaxed (but fast) the first lap and hammer the second lap. This led me to my best time. Everyone thinks they can sprint out in the 800 and hold it, but that is nearly impossible. Your times will be faster (and you'll have more fun chasing people and passing them) if you save a little energy for the second lap.
Again, for the 1500 (like anything that involves distance), pace is important. Too many people go out fast, die in the middle, and then try to sprint in if they have anything left. If you can avoid getting caught up in how fast everyone goes out in the first lap, you can make a move in the third lap when your opponents are tired and really demoralize them.
Try these pacing strategies in your earlier races, so you know which one you want to use for your regional/sectional/state races later on. Some people like Prefontaine made a habit of going out hard and just keeping that pace through sheer guts. Some people with exceptional closing speed will run just fast enough to keep up and then sprint in. I happened to be a fan of letting people go out hard early and then catching them when they're tired.
Above all, ask your coach for advice... that's what they get paid for!

Tips for long and triple jump for beginners?
To try out for track, the coaches will test us on our long and triple jump. The thing is, I have never done ANY field events. EVER. So do you have any suggestions about the long and triple jump for a beginner?
Tips, rules, form, etc. will all help me greatly.
The track tryouts are next month, so please help. :)|||Hello, i myself am a long jumper at my highschool with a personal record of 20ft and 3 inches.(just to let you know that i know what i am doing, not to brag :)) A tip that i have to begginers is too make sure you are not full sprinting the whole time. Allow yourself to build up speed so you are full sprinting at the end. Make sure you really throw your opposite knee up ( the foot you are not jumping with) and throw your arms forward as hard as you can!|||ummmmm.............
i did triple jump before and it's really fun;
my suggestion would be to go to like a field, and work on skip-skip-hopping, :-? lemme think what else.....urrrmm try kinda like leapfrogging? gee idk how to explain it all at the moment; but i tried.
also, try to practice on exploding in your jump, and also your sprint down the runway! :)

At a figure skating performance, 1 over 3 of the skaters completed a triple jump. if 18 skaters performed, how?
pls help|||Dear Fallon Yount,
Please ask a grammatically correct question, with proper spelling. With both of those in place, people will be able to help you.
Edit: Okay so I take it that the question is to read,
"At a figure skating performance, 1 out of 3 of the skaters completed a triple jump. If only 18 skaters preform at the event, how many skaters did not completed a triple jump?"
A) you're in the wrong section, this question belongs in the homework help as it is clearly a math question,
B) its easy to find if you understand multiplication. ie check your times tables, you'll find your answer there. Or if you don't get that, get 18 pennies and divide it equally into 3 groups, and cause its fractions you should be able to figure it out from there.
Also We shouldn't be doing your work for you so I won't give you the answer.|||hey- so i agree that your question is worded iddly but...
