The TJ spikes i've looked at are all 3/8" pyramid spikes, but I just wanted to make sure.|||today the approach or run way is synthetic and you can not use long spikes.
Normally the track restricts the length and type of spikes used in jumps and running.
Some do not allow 3/8", since they are too long at some meets you should always carry extra spikes, in different lengths and replacements for your usual spikes.
