How to improve Long Jump & Triple Jump?

im a freshman in high school and am jumping about 16'9" in long jump. i am just starting triple and would like to know how good that is for a freshman and what i can to do improve my P.R. (drills workouts ect.)


thank you so much|||You can never go wrong with squats. Back or front squats with a comfortable but hefty weight should do it. Also weighted lunges might be even more helpful considering you are a jumper.
