Do lunges help in triple and high jump?

Do lunges help in triple and high jump?

i want to know what muscles i should work out for high jump and triple jump|||If you do lunges properly with only your own body weight for resistance, you will find they are awesome for both track and field. Do all your core work: planks, side planks, sit ups, crunches, leg raises, lunges and squats all without weight. This will develop your core muscles: stomach, back, glutes, and hips. These are vital to a competitive track and field athlete.|||do lunges and squats without weight?? get real. you arent going to see many good track athletes who do that. especially jumpers!

yes, lunges will help your strength for jumping.
