How to improve a 49ft Triple Jump...I think I may have hit a wall...or is there something i'm missing?

It is not possible to tell if you have a problem or what that problem might be.

If you are training and working on your strength, and technique then you should gradually get better.

The problem is that at a high level of performance it becomes very difficult to improve.

The better you are the smaller the improvement. It is a matter of percentages.

The most common error in triple jump is going too far in the first phase and going too high.

If your phases are about equal in length then you should be jumping to your ability.
