Do lunges help in triple and high jump?


i want to know what muscles i should work out for high jump and triple jump|||Lunges are part of a complete program to develop and strengthen muscles.


You need to do a total body routine, even though you are not jumping with your upper body you need to work on the upper body as well.


Along with lifting you should be doing plyometrics twice each week.|||yes they do...and with the below answer, plyometrics should be done 3 times a week if you really want to get better. And don't even worry about your upper body, the only thing you'll need to work on upper body is your arm position and how quickly they can get up/out, which really only requiores chest and shoulder strength.
