How can I train to go farthest in track and field's triple jump?

Do you have any tips for jumping really far, or practicing for consistent results? thanks!|||Lift weights and do plyometric exercise.

When jumping the common mistake is jumping too far in the first phase, which causes the second phase to be too short.

Control your body so that you still have spring and energy when landing on each phase.

Don't jump too high, because you have to land and if you are too high you will collapse and not have any spring for the next phase.
