How can I improve my performance in Long/Triple/High jump?

I know there all different events, my current best jumps are 4.84 for Long, 10.1 for triple and 1.45 for high jump, so theres alot of room for improvement|||Sure they are all different event, but they all end in the same word - jump. Therefore, if you improve your jumping ability, you will improve each of these events. If you can jump higher, you will also be able to jump longer. It is a matter of physics.

In the long jump, for example, you run and jump into the air. How far you travel is dependent on two things - how fast you run and how high you jump. If your speed stayed the same, but you jumped higher, you would land further away (your long jump would be improved). As a note before we go on, many people don't realize that jumping and sprinting are very related in that they are explosive actions. If you do improve your jumping ability, you will probably improve your sprinting speed as well. This will give you an additional increase in your long (and triple) jump!

It is not difficult to improve your jumping ability, but it is more involved than what can be covered here. To get the best improvement, you should use a vertical jump program. This website has researched the top products and provides a review of the benefits of each of them. Check it out. You could be on your way to improving your jumping shortly.|||the best way i know is to try a jump program. It may cost a little but if you follow it, it will increase your vertical and probably your speed. This is the one i recommend|||Lift weights, do plyometric exercises, and work on technique.

Those are the ways people improve, no secrets and no short cuts.
