Triple jump?

can anyone tell me how can i do it better?

i've tried it before..

how can i swing my legs after the first jump ?

my first jump only like 2 meters .. =(|||The important thing is not to have the first phase too long, so that the second phase is too short.

Each phase should be relatively the same.

On the first phase you are taking one step in the air so that you take off of the same foot for both.

Use your arms in a running motion so that your legs move.

You need lift, but not a lot of lift because you want to contact the ground in a pawing motion and if you jump too high you will collapse your contact leg.

Place markers on the ground and practice the first phase into the second phase.

After you can do these correctly then you can work on the third phase and into the sand.|||I tried the triple jump in high school. I had existing knee problems, and the strain the TJ put on them was brutal. It was fun though, and I hope you do well!

Maybe watching some videos of world-class athletes will help you with technique. Good luck.
