How can I give myself an adrenaline rush for doing triple jump?

Fell free to copy and paste from other previous posts, more then ten if you like, and I will pick the best answer or at least give you thumbs up. ;)|||Athletes who mentally prepare for competition are always pumped on game day. Game day performers treat each practice like it were the big event. Same enthusiasm, same intensity, same focus. It is in practice where champions develop the mental stability to always play up to their ability, no matter when they perform.
