Hey, I triple jump and every day when im finished my back just aches horribly...! My coach has told me to jump on my toes, but that is extremely difficult to do. So I am stuck in this situation and i don't quite know how to fix it. Please help me figure out how to solve this and what to do other then laying on the heating pad to help take the pain away!
Thanks bunches!!!!!|||make sure you stretch!!!! that's the most important thing. to stretch your back, you sit down and try to touch teh toes on one of your feet. also do superman holds ( for about 40 seconds at a time, maybe 3 or 4 times a day.) ask your couch for more stretches and exersises to make your back stronger. feel better :)
