i do athletics and i am 13 and i jump 11:36 in triple jump and my goal is to make it to the olympics because i want to meet some of my loved celebs?is jumping this far at 13 going to get me to the olympics and win if i continue training hard and improving?|||What elite athletes did when they were 14, does not really matter.
Some were very good when they were young and some did not become good until after college.
Some elite youth athletes do not live up to their potential and do not even go to college.
What you do now is not an indicator of your abilities when you are an adult, so do what you love and hopefully you will reach your goals.|||It is true that a lot can change between the ages of 14 and 24 when you are ready for the Olympics. However, the Olympics is a challenging dream. Set your sights on goals along the route and you might eventually achieve that 'ultimate dream.'
Jumping over 11 meters is a great start and would be above average for a woman 18-22. Therefore if you can add over a meter every 3 meters (or 1 foot a year), with some great coaching you will have a chance to reach the pinnacle of your sport!
