I am a junior in high school looking to improve his triple jump distance. I need to know a lot of plyos that I could use to gain more strength (particularly legs). Explanations of exercises would also be very grateful.|||Have you ever heard about Jump Manual? It's a program that's built to increase your vertical and I've done it myself with much success. It costs a little bit of money but after the first month I gained about 4 and a half inches on my vertical. It's well worth the money and It's an excellent program.
