my pr after 3 meets is only 25ft 9inches (I accidently put my hands in back though other why's it's be way higher) what are some tips to be good at triple jump? I'm a sophomore girl in high school|||Sprint training will increase your overall leg power, but it will especially help your quadriceps gain strength (the main muscles used for jumping). So try a few 200m sprints 3/4 days a week. If you're really feeling up for it you could try some gym workouts focusing on your legs too.
Otherwise, general techniques such as posture, stride length and technique will be improved with practice.
