Need a good Triple Jump workout routine for the Spring?
I am a senior in high school and have been Triple Jumping since freshman year. My P.R. right now is 39'0" but I know I can jump further. Does anybody know any workout routines,(like in the gym) that can help me maximize how far I jump?|||plyometrics as well as flexibility will help you jump further. i cant give you a specific program to work off of since i dont know your body type. one tip is to stretch out and hold your 2nd phase as long as possible. In one meet a few years back i was jumping a 42 and was in danger of not making the finals. i stretched out my 2nd phase and went 46. Im now in college and i flirt with 48 and i will be over 50 when i work on flexibility.
