I am doing triple jump on my school's track and field team, i am wondering if anyone knows some ways that will deffinetly help me train and become better?|||The most common mistake is to jump too far and too high on the first phase.
All three phases should be about equal in distance.
If you go too far in the first phase you don't have any speed or energy left to go very far in the second phase.
Practice running through the second phase and not going too far in the first phase.
