Currently I jump about 39 feet and I want to Triple Jump in sollege but I would like to jump further any ideas on how or any training programs?|||just keep training.
running stairs will help.
%26amp;%26amp;so wil hopping up them on one or both feet.
that will help with your leg muscles to make each jump farther.
another thing to do is just to hop up and down on one or both legs. i do about 200 on my right, 350 on both, 200 on left and then repeat about five times.
also doing standing long jumps, one leg long jumps, any forn of skipping, and a hop skip jump with a short approach will help.

do lots of squads and lower body lifting, helps a lot.
i jump 34 in begiining of indoor, got 39 in end.
and 39 wont get u in college, at least over 45 ft.|||just do the same as a double, thats what i do
