What are some good ways to improve the long jump and the triple jump?

I'm 17 and if there are any exercises or techniques that you guys can give, it's much appreciated ;)

Long Jump PR- 18.8 ft.

Triple Jump PR- yeah I'm new to it|||Lift weights, and do plyometrics to improve your strength.

Jumping is converting your speed into a jump so your technique is very important.

Most people jump out rather than up, so you should drive your knee upward along with your arm and leave the ground at a 40 degree angle.

Do not just jump out into the pit.

Since you are new to triple you should try to control your first phase so it is equal to the second and third phase, most people jump too far and too high in their first phase causing a very short second phase.
