Triple Jump ?

i would like to join triple jump in my sports day at school next year .. now i need lesson how i can jump Longer than 9.32 ( my jump before ) .. how to control the strength in the hoop skill?|||The best way to think of triple jumping is the comparison of the "bouncing ball" and the "skipping rock". The bouncing ball goes high in between each bounce but doesn't go very far. The skipping rock, however, goes very far but not very high. In the triple jump, distance is critical, therefore, you want to emulate the skipping rock. In doing so, you must avoid a high or bouncing first phase and instead try to maintain as must speed as you can while remaining relatively low to the ground. The same goes for the second phase. You may, however, increase your height considerably on the final phase. The triple jump is a biomechanical nightmare so it is best if you consult a book breaking down each phase and the transitions between them well before your competition.
