Triple jump?

i want to improve on my triple jump. I can currently jump 9.9. how can i jump 10s|||9.9 what? meters?|||biggest mistake people call it triple jump its cripple jump|||The single biggest mistake most jumpers make is the first phase is too long. That causes the second phase to be too short. When you jump do not jump too high because you will lose your spring and collapse the support leg and not be able to get off a good second phase. Measure your phases and see how much difference you have between the phases. Besides the normal strength exercises you should be doing you can do some drills to work on your spring and jumping ability. Measure off distances on the grass and spring from one point to another so you can gauge the amount of each jump. Work on your arm action it will help activate your jumps. You need to carry your speed through out each phase.
