How to improve my long jump and triple jump?

Last year, as a male freshman in high school i jumped a 15'5 long jump, and a 32'9 triple jump. I have about 2 months till track season starts, so thanks for the help.|||Lift your legs when you jump, and just really jump like u mean it and put all your power into it. trust me, i jumped 14'7 in 8th grade which is good for a girl. i am a girl, just saying.|||run as fast as you can down the run way and then spring off in the air with the foot that you take of with and lift your legs as far as you can put them in the air and you have to put your hands in the air above your head i hope you can jump more then you could before by the way iam olny ten
