What does it take to get a track scholarship for the triple jump?

Last year was my junior year, and my first season on the track team. During the last three weeks of the season I tried the triple jump. At the end of the season, I was jumping 42'. What is a decent distance to jump and get looked at by colleges to get a track scholarship? And since I jumped so far so quickly, do i have a chance to get there with one more season of track left?|||Realistically you need to be over 50 feet to get a scholarship. What you should realize is that schools are limited to the number of scholarships they can award so usually you would be a partial, not a full ride, and your grades are very important because no one is giving you anything if they are not sure you will be eligible.
